Your chartered goal
- Planning and managing IT projects for the fleet’s fulfillment systems—both on-premise and in the cloud—within budget and in accordance with AIDA’s architecture and security standards
- Assessing business requirements for feasibility and cost-effectiveness and developing suitable solutions
- Coordinating and supporting services for the fulfilment systems landscape
- Managing and monitoring technical implementation by internal and external service providers
- Taking responsibility for releases, quality assurance, testing, performance monitoring and documentation
Your previous ports of call
- Degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field, combined with sound IT expertise
- Experience in requirements and release management as well as agile software development
- Project management experience, including budget responsibility, reporting and the management of external service providers
- Experience in feasibility and cost-effectiveness analyses, along with proficiency in analytical tools and CRM systems
- Very good English and good German language skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Commercial acumen, a hands-on mentality, and strong teamwork and communication skills
