Your chartered goal
- Taking responsibility for parts of our Customer Relation Solutions, starting with the conception, development and provision through to ongoing maintenance
- Analysing requirements from the business departments in terms of feasibility and cost-benefit ratio with appropriate advice and developing solution proposals
- Release management, quality assurance, functional testing and ensuring documentation for the B2C & B2B CRM system landscape
- Close collaboration within the team, with colleagues and stakeholders
- Analysing potential technology trends and preparing possible implementations
Your previous ports of call
- University degree in informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the support, further development and integration of business applications, ideally in the area of CRM applications
- Knowledge of best practices and new trends in application management, as well as initial experience in project management
- Business fluent English and very good German skills, as well as confident in using MS Office 365
- Economic thinking and acting, a structured way of working, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
