Your chartered goal
- Professional management of several bar outlets as well as training and development of the bar teams
- Ensuring smooth operations in the work area, including the associated administrative tasks
- Controlling the ordering of bar equipment and consumables, considering business management aspects
- Monitoring sales development and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
Your previous ports of call
- Completed apprenticeship in the hotel and catering sector as well as proven professional and leadership experience in an international environment
- Preferably an IHK Bartender diploma or an IHK Bar Manager certificate
- Fluent in German and English, with advanced proficiency in MS Office 365
- High level of service and sales orientation, confidence, excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, positive demeanor
