Your chartered goal
- Supporting the CIO with in-depth analyses, reports, and presentations to advance the AIDA IT strategy, digital transformation, and AI innovation
- Central interface for AIDA IT, coordinating between leadership, specialist departments, and partners, while ensuring transparent communication and reliable implementation of priorities
- Project management for selected IT and digital initiatives
- Responsibility for and continuous development of IT management information, governance artifacts, and executive documentation to ensure transparency, quality, and strategic relevance for executives and stakeholders
- Optimization of AIDA IT by streamlining processes and deploying automation and AI tools within the framework of AI governance
Your previous ports of call
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT and initial experience in project management
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, software, and hardware
- Strong communication skills at both departmental and executive management levels
- Excellent proficiency in English and German, as well as confident use of MS Office 365
- Conceptual and analytical skills, along with a meticulous working style
- Business-oriented thinking and action, as well as a hands-on mentality
