Your chartered goal
- Responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all process workflows in the Bar & Restaurant, Galley and Provision areas
- Ensuring sustainable quality management with a focus on guest and employee satisfaction as well as financial performance
- Leading and motivating an international team of up to 300 employees
- Analysis of business performance indicators and development of targeted improvement measures
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with our high standards of quality, safety and hygiene
Your previous ports of call
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional and leadership experience in the operational F&B sector of multi-outlet companies
- Experience in leading an international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
- Previous experience in mentoring and coaching
- Service-oriented host and team player with diplomatic communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and hospitality system applications
- Structured and goal-oriented working style with strong analytical thinking
