Dein angesteuertes Ziel
- Ensure 24/7 availability of a global business-critical application: You are responsible for the 24/7 operations for the Global Crew Management System of 6 Carnival Brands; System is used on > 60 ships and 6 Carnival Brands for Crew Planning and Payroll
- Implement, own and continuously improve Incident, Problem and Change Management processes oriented on ITIL standards and in close cooperation with user organizations as well as Software Delivery Organizations
- Coordinate service providers and internal teams for helpdesk, infrastructure, and application support.
- Oversee monitoring and performance optimization of the application and related infrastructure (Cloud, Containers, CI/CD pipelines)
- Ensure compliance and security, including regular audits (SOX) and disaster recovery testing
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with business units, software delivery teams, and external partners
- Manage budget and resource planning for operational activities
Dein bisheriger Kurs
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project and pipeline management
- Several years of experience as an IT Operations Manager / Applications Manager for Business-critical IT-Applications
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Expertise in Cloud and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes including VM provisioning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong customer and service orientation
