Dein angesteuertes Ziel
- Responsibility for the technical implementation and continuous development of a business-critical application in an international environment
- Leadership of internal and external development teams
- Ensuring architectural consistency in coordination with solution architects
- Further development of engineering excellence and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and auditable software delivery
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (product owners, architecture, QA, product, operations) for seamless end-to-end delivery processes
- Ensuring complete, compliance-compliant development documentation
- Position requires regular travel to Teams in Germany, Italy and US
Dein bisheriger Kurs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field and fluent English (C1+ / German is a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering for complex enterprise applications, including 3+ years of technical or team leadership
- Strong proficiency in NET and Angular frameworks
- Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services, including AKS and VM provisioning
- Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance tuning
- Advanced coding proficiency and system design expertise
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide and inspire the development team
- Strong project management abilities to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables
