Changes of the itineraries for AIDAstella and AIDAaura in spring and summer 2016
We have received numerous requests from our guests who wished to rebook their journey to Turkey to another holiday destination following recent incidents there. We will be contacting all AIDA guests who have already booked an Eastern Mediterranean cruise with AIDAstella. We have therefore decided that from April 30, 2016, until October 22, 2016, our 7-day cruises with AIDAstella will no longer sail to the Eastern Mediterranean. Instead, during the period mentioned, AIDAstella will take over AIDAaura’s 7-day cruise routes in the Western Mediterranean, departing from Palma de Mallorca. We deeply regret that the planned cruises can no longer take place.
On April 30, 2016, AIDAaura will set sail for Northern Europe and, departing from German ports, will be making additional cruises to the most beautiful northerly destinations.
Further details about AIDAaura’s new cruise program will be announced shortly.
Of course we are offering our guests the option of changing their booking to attractive cruises from our summer program. If our guests decide for a cruise in the originally booked travel period, the rebooking will be made for the same travel price and the same stateroom category and is of course free of charge.
Starting from February 5, 2016 our AIDA customer center or travel agencies will be taking care of the personnel travel wishes of our guests. Until then we put our highest efforts in making the new cruises of AIDAstella available in our booking system.
For further information do not hesitate to contact us.
