AIDA among Germany’s best training companies
For the second time in a row, business magazine Capital, together with the talent platform Ausbildung.de and Territory Embrace, has named the "Best Training Companies in Germany". The cruise company AIDA Cruises convinced in the fields of “combined vocational training und degree program” and “apprenticeship”. This makes AIDA one of the 500 best training companies in Germany.
AIDA has been setting the highest standards in education for years and is always committed to the individual promotion of young talents. On August 1, 2018, eight newcomers started their three-year apprenticeship at AIDA Cruises and the AIDA Customer Center in Rostock. The budding traders in the areas of tourism management, event management and office management have already completed their one-month familiarization and training phase, the so-called onboarding, and are now employed in their first training departments. Two business administration students, who are doing the combined program, started working on October 1, 2018. AIDA Cruises and the AIDA Customer Center are currently training a total of 16 apprentices and 5 dual students.
