Between September 30 and October 4, 2015, over 8,000 guests got to try out a cruise on AIDAblu. During the four mini cruises, they took a break from their beach vacations in Majorca and spent a night on board AIDAblu. For more than 6,000 of them, the one-day cruises were their first time on board of an AIDA ship.
The voyages gave the guests a feeling for everything that makes up an AIDA cruise. “The newcomers to cruising were especially enthusiastic. It was a special experience for them when the ship left port in Palma. I am pleased that we particularly received praise for the service on board and the delicious food in our seven restaurants,” says the General Manager of AIDAblu, Konstantin Burkämper. In addition to the onstage entertainment, the guests especially enjoyed the pool party and the laser show under the open sky. Many newcomers are now planning to take longer voyages and want to recommend AIDA to friends and families.
For all those who would like to take another mini cruise from Majorca, AIDAaura will be offering 3- and 4-day cruises in October and November. In 2016, between May and June, AIDAcara will offer mini cruises to Cannes, Alicante, Barcelona, and Marseille.
Reservations can be made starting now with travel agencies, at www.aida.de, or by phoning +49 (0) 381/20 27 07 07.
