Rostock, 13. March 2014

While Germany is eagerly awaiting the decision on who will represent Germany in Copenhagen at the Eurovision Song Contest, AIDA fans already know one thing for sure. Jane Comerford – a seasoned participant herself – will be on board for the exclusive voyage to the largest European singing contest. As the lead female singer of Texas Lightning, she represented Germany with the catchy tune “No, No, Never” in 2006.

Upon arrival, AIDAbella will drop anchor from May 10th through the 11th directly within sight of the concert hall where the best participants from 36 countries will compete in the evening for the favor of the viewers. There will also be happenings in the downtown area. Copenhagen will transform into an all-encompassing Eurovision Village for everything related to the festival, with numerous events for the entire family: Fan celebrations, fan fests, and countless parties create the perfect ESC atmosphere.

On board AIDAbella there will be a concert with Jane Comerford to set the stage for the Eurovision Song Contest. The professional musician will also offer voice coaching sessions for the guests. An exclusive betting game, a karaoke evening, and of course the big live broadcast on the evening of the finale in the Theatrium with a lively aftershow party will complete the program.

Then it will be off to Göteborg, where AIDAbella will stop from May 11th to the 12th. On May 13th, 2014, the journey ends in Warnemünde.
