Take a digital cruise with AIDA at Warnemünde Week
AIDA Cruises is showcasing its products and services at the 78th Warnemünde Week. Attendees at this maritime event who visit the media tent on the beachfront promenade can take a virtual cruise right in the AIDA info pavilion with a pair of digital glasses.
Anyone who has never been on a cruise ship can walk around AIDAblu and AIDAprima on a virtual tour thanks to this new technology. The 3D videos give users the chance to explore a wide variety of areas such as staterooms, restaurants, and the spa. With this cutting-edge technology, they can see for themselves what the view is really like from the balcony or how big the closet actually is.
AIDA travel consultants give interested visitors insight into the world of AIDA, and can even help them book their favorite stateroom for the next AIDA voyage right on site.
Starting on July 4th, AIDAmar will be docked for a day at the cruise terminal in Warnemünde to kick off the Warnemünde Week. The ship will be welcoming new guests on July 11th. AIDAdiva will be at Warnemünde Week on July 7th.
Anyone who would like to know what it feels like to walk down the gangway, stand at the railing, and look out over the ocean, but has not yet decided to go on a cruise, can take a tour of the ship.
The visit includes a three-hour guided tour and lunch on board. Our tour guests are able to check out public areas such as the wellness oasis and the Kids Club as well as various staterooms. The visit culminates with a delectable, culinary tour of one of the buffet restaurants.
The ship tour costs € 49 per person. Children 15 and under can visit free of charge. Tour guests who book at the Premium or Vario rate within three months of a tour receive a € 50 onboard credit for each full payer. Registrations are available at www.aida.de/schiffsbesuch.
