• Duration of apprenticeship: 3 years / shortening possible

• Switching between AIDA and vocational school in Schmarl or Reutershagen (for IT specialists)

At our company headquarters in Rostock or our location in Hamburg, enrolled students can gain their first practical experience in various departments as part of a six-month compulsory internship or a three-month voluntary internship and gain comprehensive insights into everyday working life. Whether in Marketing & Sales, Controlling & Finance, HR or other departments - interesting projects and one or two challenges await you.

One year - two perspectives - endless experiences. You have completed your bachelor's degree and would like to gain practical experience as well as travel the world before your master's degree? Perfect! A gap year at AIDA Cruises is waiting for you. First, you will start at our company headquarters in Rostock. Depending on your specialization, you will get to know the corresponding department on shore and be optimally prepared for your position on board. Afterwards, you will go on board, where you will experience the AIDA working world as a crew member and explore the world along the way.
